Rosters – Bot MD Help

Introduction

Bot MD can help you to search for hospital daily on-call and referral rosters.

Type in the department and designation you are searching + "on call" and press send. For example, "cardio MO on call".
Bot MD will respond with a list of the department and designation you searched for.
Click on the "View Daily On Call Roster for 10 Mar 2021" button to access the full list of the daily on-call roster.

Type in the department and designation you are searching + "refer" or "referral" and press send. For example, "Endocrine refer".
Bot MD will suggest some quick options to narrow down the results if the query is not specific enough.
Click on the specific referral type desired. For example, "Endocrinology- non-DM related referral". Bot MD will respond with the list of the referral of the department and designation you searched for.
Click on the "View Medicine: Endocrinology" button to access the full list of referral roster.

Type "on call roster" and press send.
Bot MD will return a carousel to the daily on-call roster.
Click on the "open" button to access the full list of the daily on-call roster.

You can check your favorite items in the favorite list by tapping on the star sign under the message field.

NUH daily on-call roster is one of the default items in the list.
Click on it to access the full list of the daily on-call roster.

From Bot MD mobile app, you can directly contact the number via phone. Click on the blue font underlined mobile number.
The bot will then lead you directly to call the number.

Personal queries like "where am I today", "where is Audrey today" are not available on the bot at this moment.
However, you can try queries like "who is cardio mo today", "who is the cvm on call today" or equivalent. This will lead you to the daily on-call roster too.
