Introduction
Bot MD helps you to find contact information of healthcare professionals such as physicians, nurses, pharmacists as well as hospital administrative employees. It also aids in finding the contact details of the hospital's supplementary services and locating specific clinics/area through wayfinding information. In addition, Bot MD allows you to reverse search a phone number to look for the name, designation and department of the staff.
Search contact directories
- Type in the name to search and press send. For example, "contact Ian Mathews" or just "Ian Mathews".
- Bot MD will return the contact information of your search, including the designation, department and contact number.
Search contact for supplementary services
- Type your desired service to search and press send. For example, "security contact".
- Bot MD will return a list of contact details of the security services.
- Bot MD also provide contact information for housekeeping (environmental services).
Search wayfinding information
- Type the location you are searching for + "location", or adding "where is" in front of the location and press send. For example, "breast care centre location" or "where is breast care centre".
- Bot MD will return a quick option of the location of your search. Click on it to access the locations information of the desired search.
- Click on the "View Wayfinding Information" button to access the full list of hospital's location information.
Reverse search of phone number
- Type the phone number you are going to search, then press send. (For example "96xxxxxx" or "+6596xxxxx").
- Bot MD will return the result of the name, designation and department of the staff with the particular contact number.
Features
Directly contact from mobile phone
- From Bot MD mobile app, you can directly contact the number via phone. Click on the blue font underlined mobile number.
- The bot will then lead you directly to call the number.
