Introduction
You can give feedback about the Bot MD app through our in-app Live Customer chat or through our Feedback Form. You can do any of the following using the Give Feedback Form:
- Report a Bug / Issue
- Request changes / updates to your Profile
- Request for content to be added to the app
- Suggest new features for improvement
Accessing the Give Feedback Form
- Tap on the Settings icon in the Bot MD chat header to open the navigation drawer.
2. Tap on Give Feedback to access the Feedback Form
3. You will be taken to the Feedback Form. Select your concern from the list.
