What is Bot MD?

Bot MD is an A.I. clinical assistant that is trained on your hospital's content. Get instant answers to your questions for daily on call and department rosters, hospital drug formulary, guidelines, clinical protocols and more.  With Bot MD, you can also search for third party clinical content including UpToDate, MDCalc and QxMD.

Information within Bot MD

Bot MD is trained to answer your questions on a wide range of information from your hospital. Keep reading to learn about the key features of Bot MD.

📞 Hospital Directory

Search your hospital directory in seconds. Bot MD can also help with reverse contact search for you to figure out who called. To search for contact information, just type "contact [Name]" or even just your colleague's name.

👩🏻 Hospital Rosters

Bot MD knows your hospital's daily on call, inpatient referral and nursing rosters. To search the daily on call roster, just type "on call [Department Name]". To search referral rosters, just type "refer [Department Name]".

Query Examples:

• "nurse managers ward 48"

📝 Hospital Guidelines & Protocols

Spend less time trying to find the hospital protocols and clinical guidelines you need. 

Type topic of interest + "guidelines" (or "protocol", "p&p", "guide") and press send.

Your Profile

You can access your Profile by tapping on the three dots at the upper right then Settings:

Your name, title, mobile number and department is provided to Bot MD by your hospital and pulled from your hospital's active directory. 

To update or change any of the above details associated with your Bot MD account, you will need to write to us at support@botmd.io, and provide us with your correct profile information (i.e. Name, Title, Department, Mobile number).  For more information on this section, click here.
