Sending Message Templates to a Patient

Bot MD Care allows you to send customized message templates for individual patients if required.

Sending a Message Template via Patient List

1. In Patient List 📒, search for your patient then look for the appropriate monitoring program and click on the Send Message icon.

2. Select the appropriate message template and the program form from the drop down list, then click on Send.

Sending a Message Template via Patient Monitoring

1. In the left Menu under Patient Monitoring 📒, search for your patient then on right, click on More Settings and select Send Message.

Repeat Steps 2 - 4 above.
