Bot MD Care allows you to change the Clinical Users in charge of a patient or the Clinical User who gets alerted for a specific patient (Clinical Alert).
Editing Via Patient List
1. In the left Menu under Patient List 📒, search for your patient then click on the Patient Profile icon.
2. Under the Clinical Settings tab, click on More Settings then select Edit Clinical Users.
3. Select the desired Clinical User from the dropdown list in the Clinical User In-Charge or the Clinical user(s) to alert field. Click on Save when done.
Editing Via Patient Monitoring
1. In the left Menu under Patient Monitoring 📒, search for your patient then click on More Settings and select View Clinical Settings.
2. In the Patient Profile - Clinical Settings tab, look for the Active Forms section and click on Edit clinical users.
3. Select the desired Clinical User from the dropdown list in the Clinical User In-Charge or the Clinical user(s) to alert field. Click on Save when done.
